Jim Newton is a native of Southampton, Massachusetts. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from North Adams State College. Jim is a Georgia certified and FHA approved appraiser who brings over eighteen years of appraisal experience to Piedmont Appraisers. Jim is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. For the past 12 years Jim has conducted single/multi family, land, review, and construction appraisals in the greater Atlanta area. In 2003 he was honored with a leading mortgage lender "You Mean the World to Me" Award for distinguished customer service. Jim resides in Atlanta’s Morningside neighborhood with his wife, two children and dog “Bones". He is an avid runner completing three marathons including Boston, New York and Newport, Rhode Island. On weekends Jim enjoys coaching his son’s soccer and basketball teams and spending time with his family.
Charles Wright understands the value of building long-term customer relationships in today’s highly competitive business-to- business environment. For more than twenty-five years he directed market-based branding, design and business communications strategies for some of America’s top corporations, including IBM, Siemens, Choice Point, and Georgia Pacific. Charles is a graduate of Georgia State University. Previously, he founded and managed TW Design, one of the most respected corporate communications firms in the South. Charles has also found time over the years to serve on numerous advisory boards, including George West Mental Health Foundation, Transition House and AIGA. He lives in Decatur with his wife, two daughters, dog "Yodi" and cat "Mr. Artie".
